-LOCATION- Villa Monduver can be found on the tranquil sunny side of the very exclusive and unspoilt La Drova Valley in Spain, just a 2 minute drive from the village of Barx, which offers excellent local restaurants and bars if authentic Spanish cuisine should take your fancy. The inexpensive Bar/Restaurant  El Romeral is within 4-5mns walking distance of the villa and features a pool for visitors use.The area in which Villa Monduver is located is known as the Costa del Azahar (orange blossom coast) in the province of Valencia. This Spanish region remains largely devoid of the  British tourists ( except villa renters ) and is renowned for its outstanding natural beauty, characterised by the Safor mountain range which forms a majestic backdrop for the endless orange groves and giant palms which line mile upon mile of award winning beaches. The area can be found on a map ( see page Getting There) directly above the Costa Blanca and can be reached by flying to either Alicante or Valencia airports.The closest larger towns are Gandia with its lively nightlife, restaurants and fabulous marina and the older town of Oliva with its charming whitewashed houses, picturesque terracotta roofs and sun-drenched beaches. Villa Monduver is only 15-20 mns drive from the beaches of Gandia and Oliva.
